1. Do you have a showroom I can visit? 

Our showroom is located at ORIAS Studios 1470 WDG Bldg. Quezon Ave. open from9am to 6pm, Mondays to Saturdays. 

Studio visit is Strictly by Appointment.

2. Can I return and exchange a product? 

Please see our Return and Exchange policy for more information. 

3. How long is the shipping process?

All successful orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Processing time and shipping schedule varies depending on the product. Please see description noted on each product page for more information. Please note  that the schedule and days stated in the product page refers to the amount of time for the processing and releasing to the chosen shipping/courier company. Finally, note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Please also take into consideration the selected shipping company’s transit time policies. 

4. For Orias Essentials pieces, can I change or cancel an order? 

We cannot change, cancel or modify a product once order and payment has been confirmed.  

5. For Orias Bespoke pieces, can I change or cancel an order? 

It depends on the work that has been done in the process, request for additional details can be requested. Please refer to our Workfile for your job-order details.
