For damaged products or item error (item received was not item ordered) please notify us within 3 days of receiving shipment. Please provide us details regarding the product’s defect, together with your order number. You may get in touch with us at orders@orias.ph.
We will attempt to replace your defective product, depending on the product’s availability. If a replacement cannot be made, you will receive a refund for the product and the shipping fee(s).

For your safety, please ship back your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, like LBC, Xend, or GrabExpress. We will not guarantee refunds for damaged/error returns sent through non-traceable services.
Once we receive your return, an email confirmation will be sent to you, together with the estimate for the processing time. The processing time of return and exchanges varies depending per product. You will be informed as soon as the product is ready to be shipped out to you.
