Returns and Exchanges

We would love you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. Should you, however, wish to return an item, please take note of the following: 

  • Merchandise is subject to this return and exchange policy. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. 
  • Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed. 
  • Merchandise returned in bad condition/different packaging may be refused or a fee may be added. 
  • Return and exchange processing time will vary depending upon the type of product. 
  • Merchandise may only be exchanged for same product, size, and color. 
  • Shipping charges for the exchanges will be your responsibility to pay. 

You may contact us at orders@orias.ph to inform us of your intention to return and exchange your chosen product. 

Please take note, the following products cannot be returned: 

  • Items bought on sale
  • Merchandise that has been altered or repaired

For damaged products or item error (item received was not item ordered) please notify us within 3 days of receiving shipment. Please provide us details regarding the product’s defect, together with your order number. You may get in touch with us at orders@orias.ph. 

We will attempt to replace your defective product, depending on the product’s availability. If a replacement cannot be made, you will receive a refund for the product and the shipping fee(s). 

Return and Exchange Process 

Step 1: 

Please contact us at order@orias.ph to inform us of your intention to return and exchange your purchase. 

Step 2:  

You will receive an email from us. Please fill out the necessary information required for an efficient return and exchange process. You will receive instructions as to where to ship your return. For your safety, please ship back your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, like LBC, Xend, or GrabExpress. We will not guarantee refunds for damaged/error returns sent through non-traceable services. 

Step 3: 

Once we receive your return, an email confirmation will be sent to you, together with the estimate for the processing time.  The processing time of return and exchanges varies depending per product. You will be informed as soon as the product is ready to be shipped out to you.
